For the Observation ballot, the following 2 changes are open for comment:

  • Change Observation.comment to Observation.note : Annotation [0..*]: Changes in table and definitions (see Task 17576 )
  • Explicitly mark the rule to use the vital signs profiles as Trial Use (since those profiles are trial use): Changes in narrative (see Task 16371 )
