qicore-condition-criticalityQICore Condition Criticality CodesValue Set for QICore Condition Criticality (Example)
qicore-condition-stageDisease Stage Value SetA period or phase in the course of a disease, or the degree of involvement or severity of a disease. Stage acts as a qualifier for the condition.
qicore-diagnosticorder-preconditionQICore Diagnostic Order PreconditionThe condition, state, or problem that the patient is in or has prior to a therapy or procedure. This captures temporal (temporary circumstances) that have bearing on the data that it qualifies but will not necessarily modify its meaning. Things like 'after activity', 'at rest', or 'post-op'.
qicore-encounter-condition-roleSNOMED CT Qualifier For Type of Diagnosis CodesThis value set includes all the "Qualifier for type of diagnosis" SNOMED CT codes (i.e. codes with an is-a relationship with 106229004: Qualifier for type of diagnosis).
qicore-encounter-dietSNOMED CT Dietary Finding CodesThis value set includes all the "Dietary finding" SNOMED CT codes (i.e. codes with an is-a relationship with 41829006: Dietary finding).
qicore-flag-categoryFlag Category CodesValue Set for Flag Category (Example). This value set defines category codes for Patient Record Flags. Patient record flags is a mechanism in which an alert can be assigned to patients who have certain high risk clinical needs or behavior problems. Flags can be configured to appear during the patient look-up process.
qicore-goal-categoryGoalCategorygoal category - a specific code indicating the type of goal. This value set includes all concepts from SNOMED CT
qicore-medication-dose-typeSNOMED CT Dosages CodesThis value set includes all the "Dosages" SNOMED CT codes (i.e. codes with an is-a relationship with 277406006: Dosages).
qicore-observation-body-positionBody PositionSNOMED CT code system values descending from the following:'body position finding' 9851009
qicore-observation-deltaQICore Observation Delta Value Set DefinitionCode indicating how the current observation compares to previous observations - e.g., no change, rising trend, decreasing trend, etc...
qicore-observation-verificationQICore Observation Verification MethodCode for method by which the observation result was validated, e.g., human review, sliding average.
qicore-patient-disabilityDisability Value SetDisability is broadly defined as a physical or mental condition that limits a person's movements, senses, or activities. This includes items such as handicap, impairment, invalidism, functional dependency, and incompetence.
qicore-patient-military-serviceMilitary Service CodesValue Set for Military Service (Example)
qicore-prioritySNOMED CT Priorities CodesThis value set includes all the "Priorities" SNOMED CT codes (i.e. codes with an is-a relationship with 272125009: Priorities).
qicore-prioritySNOMED CT Priorities CodesThis value set includes all the "Priorities" SNOMED CT codes (i.e. codes with an is-a relationship with 272125009: Priorities).

StructureDefinitions
qicore-adverseeventBasicAn adverse event is any untoward occurrence during treatment that must be reported, for example, to a clinical study sponsor. AEs also include reportable serious medical errors such as those defined by National Quality Forum (see http://www.qualityforum.org/Topics/ SREs/List_of_SREs.aspx). Some AEs can involve conditions such as "recurring headaches" but others do not, such as accidental falls, surgical errors, sexual abuse of patient, and sudden death. An adverse event can be caused by exposure to some agent (e.g., a medication, immunization, food, or environmental agent). An adverse reaction can range from a mild reaction, such as a harmless rash to a severe and life-threatening condition. They can occur immediately or develop over time. For example, a patient may develop a rash after taking a particular medication.

StructureDefinitions
qicore-adverseevent-causeThe possible cause(s) of the adverse eventDetails about causes for this adverse event. Note that causes may not always exist or be available.
qicore-adverseevent-clinicalStudyRelated clinical studyThe NCT numbers of the clinical studies the patient participates in at the time of the adverse event (if available).
qicore-adverseevent-didNotOccurIndicates if the adverse event was absentWhen true, the resource implies that the adverse event did NOT occur during the stated time period. If true, the severity should not be specified, and the certainty value will be ignored.
