A reference to where the rule is defined (based on the authoritative URLs in the applicanble conformance resources).

operationoutcome-detectedIssueReference to a contra-indication that is the basis for this error :

A reference to a stored contraindication that is the basis for this issue. A recipient can expect that the item referenced in this extension is being retained for record keeping purposes.
