Note the concept Blood pressure systolic and diastolic (55284-4) is used to group the related observations Systolic blood pressure (8480-6) and Diastolic blood pressure (8462-4). It SHALL NOT be used alone, but both 8480-6 and 8462-2 SHALL also be valued.
