Registered Systems
For simplicity, this specification assigns codes to recognized public code systems and identifiers. Where this specification assigns such codes, they have to be used.
Note: When there is no code for a system in this list, an OIDs must be used, and these should be registered in the HL7 OID registry. If the HL7 registry does already have an OID, that must be used.
