Support the import or retrieval of data necessary to review available quality, performance, and cost measurements regarding providers.

 Description I:

A variety of stakeholders offer consumers the ability to evaluate the credentialing, quality, performance, and cost. Having ready access to the information will assist the consumer in their evaluation and selection of providers.

Note: Healthcare provider transparency information that has been received or imported from external sources must not be altered by the PHR Account Holder.

The system SHOULD provide the ability to import or receive healthcare provider transparency information that the PHR Account Holder can use to assess the healthcare provider's quality, performance, and cost.

The system SHOULD provide the ability to present healthcare provider transparency information that has been imported or received from an external source.
