 Description I:

Encrypt Record Lifecycle Event - occurs when an agent causes the system to encode record entry content in a cipher.

The system SHALL provide the ability to render encrypted Record Entry content based on a cipher.
RI.1.1.26#02 SHOULD

The system SHOULD maintain the original and all previous versions of the Record Entry, retaining each version instance without alteration.

The system SHOULD capture a new uniquely identifiable version of the Record Entry, incorporating encrypted content.
