Manage Record Lifespan

 Description I:

Record Lifecycle Events (Function RI.1.1) are those required to manage Record Entries in persistent storage over the full course of Record Lifespan (Section RI.1.2). See Section RI.1.1, Record Lifecycle, for further description.
